L’équipe coordonnée par l’Agence TER imagine la transformation de ce territoire de 200 hectares en une puissante infrastructure climatique, écologique et sociale, d’ampleur métropolitaine, tout en proposant de réinventer les relations de voisinages et de proximités, entre villes, quartiers, humains, écosystèmes. Un projet qui revisite la place des mobilités au cœur de la métropole lilloise.
Ce « plan guide du vivant » est un nouvel urbanisme qui donne une place primordiale et équitable aux vivants et leurs besoins : respirer, se mouvoir, habiter/travailler, se nourrir, s’épanouir.
L’équipe est composée des agences TER, Ter architecture, Réseau(x), Hekladonia, Citec, Inddigo, Berim.

The team coordinated by Agence TER is imagining the transformation of this 200-hectare area into a powerful climatic, ecological and social infrastructure, on a metropolitan scale, while at the same time proposing to reinvent the relationships between neighbours and proximity, between cities, neighbourhoods, people and ecosystems.
A project that revisits the place of mobility at the heart of the Lille metropolis, this "living guide plan" is a new form of urban planning that gives an essential and equitable place to living things and their needs: to breathe, to move, to live/work, to eat, to flourish.
